Green Workforce Wellness Neighborhoods* (GWWNs) is an affordable, eco-friendly, health-focused community built for today’s working families. It blends energy-efficient homes, walkable and active spaces, access to healthy food, and strong community connections—all in one thoughtfully designed neighborhood.
GWWNs help residents save money, live healthier, and feel more connected through attainable housing models, sustainable design, and shared amenities that support everyday wellness and purpose.
GWWNs are intended to served as a catalyst for community revitalization in workforce communities.

Weight management and Healthy diet is the process of maintaining a healthy body weight by balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories you burn through physical activity. It involves adopting healthy lifestyle habits such as eating a nutritious diet, engaging in regular physical activity, getting enough sleep, and managing stress.
